Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Cooked rice for serving
Method
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the sauce.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 min.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-5 min until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables, tossing to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 min until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot over cooked rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
