Chocolate Coconut Ladoo
A delightful Indian dessert made with chocolate and coconut, perfect for the whole family. These sweet balls are easy to make and are sure to satisfy chocolate cravings.
Ingredients
- 200g desiccated coconut
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
Method
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well until combined.
- Stir in the desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, cardamom powder, and salt until everything is well incorporated.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly until it's manageable to handle.
- Grease your hands with a little coconut oil and take small portions of the mixture, rolling them into balls.
- Roll the ladoos in extra desiccated coconut for a nice coating.
- Place the ladoos on a plate and let them cool completely before serving.

- Fresh fruit salad (mango, banana, and apple)
- Easy vanilla ice cream
- Rice pudding with a touch of cardamom
