Delete My Data

If you’d like your NomTogether account and personal data removed, you can request deletion any time. We’ll keep it simple and we won’t make you jump through hoops.
What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we will remove (or anonymise where appropriate):
- Your account details (such as email address and profile information)
- Your family profiles (including dietary preferences and allergies you entered)
- Your saved/generated recipes that are linked to your account
- Any support messages you’ve sent us (unless we need to keep minimal records for legal/security reasons)
Important note about public recipes
Some recipes you generated may be saved as public pages. If you request deletion, we will remove recipes associated with your account from the Site where possible.
If you’ve shared a recipe link publicly (for example on social media), other people may still have copies or screenshots. If there’s a specific recipe URL you want removed urgently, include it in your request.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
Option 1: Email us
Email info@nomtogether.com with the subject line: Delete my data
Please send the email from the same email address you use for your NomTogether account (this helps us verify it’s really you).
Option 2: Use the feedback form
If you’re using our feedback form, select something like “Account / Privacy”, and write: Delete my data plus your account email address.
What happens next
- We may reply to confirm your request (and to verify your account if needed).
- We’ll delete your data as soon as we can, and we’ll confirm once it’s done.
- In some cases we may keep minimal records for legal/security reasons (for example, to prevent abuse).
