Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry
A vibrant and flavorful honey garlic chicken stir-fry packed with colorful vegetables. This dish is quick to prepare and is sure to be a hit with the family.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Method
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Mix well and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 min.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-5 min until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 min.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
